Need help with One Access, have a question, or found a bug? You can reach a real person — email is the fastest way.
Contact us
Email: [email protected]
We read every message and aim to reply within 2 business days.
To help us help you faster, please include:
- Your iOS version and iPhone/iPad model.
- The One Access version (in the app, or from the App Store listing).
- The Access hostname pattern you're connecting to (e.g.
ssh.example.com— no need to share credentials or tokens). - The error shown on the connection card, if any.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Never send us secrets
We will never ask for your Cloudflare password, Access tokens, SSH keys, or two-factor codes. Don't include them in an email.
Before you write: common fixes
Most issues have a short answer in the guide:
- Troubleshooting — error messages explained, and what each one means.
- Getting Started — setting up your first connection.
- Sessions & Sign-In — "your Access session expired", and how to make sessions last longer.
- How It Works — what the tunnel actually does on-device.
Frequently asked questions
Is my traffic sent to you?
No. One Access is a client only — we run no servers. Your traffic goes from your device to the Cloudflare edge and on to your own hosts. See the Privacy Policy.
The app says my session expired. Is something broken?
No — Cloudflare Access sessions have a fixed lifetime set by your organization's policy. Tap Sign In Again. See Sessions & Sign-In.
Do I need cloudflared installed somewhere?
Only on the origin side, as usual for a Cloudflare Tunnel. On iOS, One Access does the client half itself — nothing to install on your phone.
Can I use it without a Cloudflare Access account?
No. One Access connects to hosts protected by your Cloudflare Access setup. It doesn't provide hosts or accounts of its own.
How do I delete my data?
All data — connection settings and Access tokens — lives on your device. Remove a connection, or delete the app, and it's gone. We hold nothing to delete.
How do I report a security issue?
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Security" and we'll prioritize it. Please don't post details publicly until we've had a chance to respond.
Requesting a feature
Feature requests are welcome at the same address. Tell us what you're trying to do rather than only the feature you have in mind — it usually leads to a better answer.
